Through the Inter-University Student Research Colloquium (IUSRC), the Department of Political Science aims to provide its graduate and undergraduate students the venue to present their research to fellow students from partner universities abroad and benefit from each other through constructive criticisms and sharing of research experiences. It is modelled after the Graduate Student Workshops undertaken by the Department of Political Science in partnership with Sogang University in South Korea and Kyushu University in Japan in the previous years. The IUSRC is also the department’s contribution to the School of Social Sciences (SoSS) and AdMU's goal of internationalization and networking for increasing regional collaboration and presence in Asia, broadly speaking.
